DJ is a master  at spackling.I have had two previous  painters do my great room and neither adequately covered the sheetrock taping edges in my cathedral ceiling.The room is like new.The best compliment comes from my brother-in-law who believes that no contract painting firm will do a job like he would. We recently had another paint job completed by Don Coleman and DJ. This was the most recent of several times we have worked with them, involving painting several rooms inside the house. Don and DJ have been caring for the exterior of my house since before I moved in to it. When I asked the previous owner of my home how I could keep the shingles looking so nice, she gave me Don Coleman's name and telephone number. That was in 2005, and with annual tending from DJ andDon,my house still has the nicest looking shingles on the block. Don and DJ are tidy and meticulous in their work; there's NEVER been a drop of paint where it shouldn't be. The garden beds are completely undisturbed after they power wash.Since i work full-time, I can't be their to supervise,but there's no need because Don and DJ are trustworthy and take pride in their work. I even have two door- darting cats and DJ and Don have never let them escape. Don and DJ did a phenomenal job on the exterior of my home. It was several years overdue for a paint job while I waited for other construction in the neighborhood to be completed. The roof had lots of unsightly moss growing; the shingles were weathered to the point of paintlessness; and several boards were rotted and needed replacing. They powerwashed the roof, deck, and siding, then came back as promised about a week later to do the painting. Good weather and their tireless efforts allowed them to complete the job- primer coat, two coats of paint, staining the deck and painting the exterior of the shed- in a little more than a week. The compliments have been unending, including the mailman and the Fed Ex delivery man. To say that I am happy with all of the work completed would be a understatement. I needed a "face-lift" both inside and out to update the house. The transformation is amazing!  We hired Don and DJ to paint two rooms and a hallway in our 1927 home. The old plaster walls were a mess-bumpy, peeling, and uneven where they met the ceiling. When the job was finished, the walls and ceilings were absolutely beautiful. we had no idea it was possible for our old rooms to have such smooth walls, clean lines and perfect corners.They look like they belong in a brand new house.
